      My experience working with Paul was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were not managed well, and I often felt that my interests were not being prioritized. I would not work with him again and would not recommend his services based on my experience.

      Ryan Richard was an excellent Real Estate Agent. He was extremely responsive to our requests and was able to set up showings in the blink of an eye. My partner and I ended up with our dream apartment and we likely never would have stumbled across this property had it not been for Ryan's help. Furthermore, Ryan is professional, very friendly and is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate Market in Ottawa. I would most definitely recommend working with him to anyone looking to either rent a property or purchase a home.
